Welcome!
I’m Lydia, a Vinyasa and Mandala qualified yoga teacher based in East London.
I teach Vinyasa flow yoga that is accessible to all regardless of experience or ability.
I want to share the practical elements of yoga that can benefit your life both on and off the mat. Yoga can be lived in so many different forms and is so much more than just the poses.
I teach weekly studio classes and offer 1-2-1s online and in person from home.
Check my instagram for an up to date schedule.
What people say about my classes
Lydia’s yoga class reflects her personality: positive, relaxed and encouraging, all of which make these lockdown online classes a perfect addition to the weekly routine. Great for beginners as well as those with a little more experience, highly recommended for all!
Lydia’s classes have become a firm fixture in my calendar and I look forward to attending each week. I started out as a yoga sceptic. I found Lydia’s classes to be instantly welcoming and encouraging, especially as a beginner. Lydia carefully balances the classes to build on the foundations from previous sessions and the introduction of a couple of new poses and techniques at each session.
As a beginner I found Lydia’s classes very inviting and informative. I’m gradually improving and always feel more relaxed after a class.

About Lydia
I am an energetic and inclusive yoga teacher, focused on creating a welcoming environment for all levels of experience. I love nature, and teaching outdoors when possible.
I came to yoga as a runner who had been neglecting my stretching. I was there for the physical side of yoga. I soon realised that the practice was so much more, as I started to build strength and connect with my body. Yoga helped me to understand what my body was capable of and to be comfortable with its limitations. Meditation was very new to me, but this contributed to achieving balance in my life. The more I let stillness in, the more I could cope with the chaos.
I have a passion to help others discover the practice of yoga to benefit their own lifestyles. My classes are uplifting, energising and inclusive. Expect lots of options to suit all levels of experience and body shapes.
I run workshops and events throughout the year to connect to the turning seasons through the wheel of the year. Honouring natures cycles around us and within us.
